How quickly will my order ship?
We aim to get orders out within 48 hours; and they ship via Royal Mail. Your item should be with you within 3-4 working days if you live within the UK. Please allow 1-3 weeks for International Shipping.
Can I get a refund or exchange an item?
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order. We cannot accept returns for orders that have already been used. Please contact us should you not happy be happy with your order for any reason.
How long is the shelf life of your products?
Our products are always freshly made as they do not hang about on the shelf for very long! Creams and moisturisers are all fresh for at least 16 months after opening.
Is Tallow Balm suitable for acne prone skin?
Yes! Although Tallow Balm is so good for dry skin, it also works well for oily and acne prone skin as it rebalances oil production in the skin. Very often skin irritation and acne can be caused by the topical application of products that contain unhealthy skin ingredients. Mass produced acne products and medications in particular contain harsh ingredients which can cause further aggravation to the skin. Many of our customers report a marked improvement in acne after using tallow.
Will Tallow Balm completely cure my Eczema?
The root cause of Eczema lies in the gut. A diet rich in natural probiotics such as homemade Sauerkraut, Beet Kvass and kombucha will help to balance gut bacteria. Drinking homemade bone broth is also wonderful in healing the gut lining. It is always worth checking for food sensitivities as well. The GAPS diet ties these principles together in a protocol to follow long term and is highly recommended to completely heal gut issues. These are more permanent and long term cures, however Tallow Balm does provide substantial and quick relief from Eczema in both adults and babies; and will heal the skin without adding to the bodies toxic load.
